There were 12 different Teenie Beanie Baby animals in this promotion. Due to the success of the 1997 promotion, McDonalds ordered 240 million Teenie Beanie Babies for the 1998 promotion (20 million of each animal). The 1998 Teenie Beanie Baby promotion was accompanied by similarly themed Happy Meal bags, McDonalds signs and other McDonalds items.
